Free Replacement for Incorrect or Defective Products

If, by any chance, you receive an incorrect or defective product, we've got you covered! Simply inform us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a free replacement. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Please be aware that Fuloni cannot guarantee refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Address: Fuloni is not responsible for refunds if plants and gift products are delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the sender.

  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: We do not guarantee refunds for deliveries where the recipient is not present at the provided address during the delivery time or refuses to accept the delivery.

Cancellation Refund

Planning changes? No worries! You can enjoy a full refund for cancellations if you notify us 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Refund Process

  • Online Refund: Your refund will be credited directly through the same payment mode within 24 working hours. Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Offline Refund: Once you share your bank details, we will process the refund, taking approximately 5-7 working days.
